What you will be doing as our new Hospitality Hero:
- Coordinating and running promotions and offers.
- Managing the cash and payment systems.
- Maintaining stock levels in line with gross profit margins.
- Making sure all team members are trained.
- Taking on the role of duty manager when required and resolving guest queries and feedback.
