It is desirable for our supervisors to have their Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3, be COSHH trained, and have their First Aid at Work.
- To ensure any offers and promotions are ran at correct times and manage cash and payment systems in accordance with procedures and policies.
- To place orders to ensure stock levels are correct and gross profit margins are achieved.
- To ensure all team members are trained and developed in correct procedures and policies.
- To take on the role of duty manager when required and deal with customer comments effectively.
- Managing payroll to sales within the venue under your operation.
- Completing effective team 121’s.
- Running team incentives to promote sales and ensure upselling is everyday practice.
- Ensuring all beverages are served in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy, whilst maintaining a safe environment adhering to the site license.
- Monitoring levels of absence within the team, acting accordingly in line with company policy.
