We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Lead Engineer to join the team, taking ownership of our Salesforce platform. You’ll ensure our CRM system is reliable, scalable, and supports our business needs. As a hands‑on leader, you’ll guide the development team and work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering to deliver quality solutions that improve experiences for our guests and colleagues.
What you will be doing:
- Technical Leadership - Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned to business and architectural standards.
- Team Leadership - Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Engineering Standards - Define and uphold coding, testing, and deployment best practices across the Salesforce platform.
- Integration & Data Management - Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g. web, booking, and finance platforms), ensuring reliable data flows and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to support smooth, end‑to‑end solution delivery.
About you
With proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, you’re a proactive and collaborative technical leader who enjoys solving problems and helping others grow. You’ll bring both hands‑on expertise and strategic insight to continuously improve our Salesforce platform and the practices around it.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, web services).
- Track record of leading or mentoring developers and implementing consistent engineering standards.
- Experience of managing packages of CPQ, Billing, and Vonage.
- Desirable, not essential; Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect).
