Join our guest experience team and be the face and voice of Parkdean Resorts, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience every time.

12 hours position – seasonal until end of October 2025, Weekend working required.

What you will be doing…

  • Represent the guest experience, using feedback to improve service and drive performance
  • Maintain a positive attitude, ensuring all guest inquiries, including phone calls, are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
  • Understand guest needs to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
