What you will be doing…
- Champion the guest experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service and performance
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets
- Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service
- Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication
- Oversee gas and electrical testing to maintain compliance and safety
- Work closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
