Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support our busy culinary team across our UK parks. You’ll prep ingredients, help keep the kitchen spotless, and assist chefs during service, contributing to great meals for our guests.
You’ll work with Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Commis Chefs to keep kitchens safe and efficient, handle basic prep, stock checks, and maintain hygiene standards. A positive attitude and flexibility are essential; Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred.
