Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Sandford complex in Dorset, United Kingdom. You will lead a busy chip shop operation, ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene and guest service, and support the Complex Manager with labour planning and cost controls.
You will work closely with kitchen teams, manage cash handling and stock, and help recruit, train and develop team members.
