What you will be doing...
- Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for customers while ensuring their needs are met.
- Work with the Store Manager to boost sales, control budgets, and maintain a well-organized, safe store.
- Spot upselling opportunities to maximize profitability and ensure stock levels are always on point.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and schedules to keep the team motivated and efficient.
- Handle customer concerns, process transactions accurately, and ensure all safety and maintenance issues are reported promptly.
