ParkCity Multitrade are looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team. You’ll be working on long-term social housing contracts across North Wales focusing on void and tenanted properties, carrying out a wide range of internal refurbishment, responsive maintenance, and planned works. This is not just a joinery role — it’s ideal for a tradesperson with a solid joinery background and additional skills in plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and general property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st & 2nd fix joinery – skirting, doors, architraves, window boards
- Full kitchen fitting – units, worktops, panels
- Bathroom joinery – boxing in, bath panels
- Patch plastering & boarding to make good damaged walls/ceilings
- Wall and floor tiling – bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks
- Basic plumbing – taps, wastes, isolation valves, silicone sealing
- Supporting full refurbishments as part of a wider team
- Working in line with H&S regulations and high-quality workmanship standards.
