Reporting into the HR manager, the Human Resources Advisor acts as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people‑related matters. The role is responsible for managing employee relations casework, supporting performance and absence management, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Advisor plays a key role in supporting organisational performance through effective people management, coaching, and development.

- Employee Relations (Core focus) – managing disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
- Manager Support & Business Partnering – supporting investigations and hearings, advising managers on employment law and policy application
