Park View is a high‑performing, diverse and inclusive community school. We are launching a new Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Additional Resource Provision (ARP) in Haringey and require a Deputy Site Manager to work across the main site and the ARP.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager in the day‑to‑day management of both school sites.
- Deputise for the Site Manager during periods of absence.
- Act as a keyholder and respond to emergency call‑outs when required.
- Ensure the security of the premises, including alarms, access control and routine site checks.
- Undertake minor repairs, maintenance and redecoration work.
- Monitor heating, lighting, ventilation and other site services.
- Carry out routine health and safety inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise cleaning operations and monitor cleaning standards.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety requirements.

- Experience in a site maintenance, caretaking or facilities management role.
- Practical maintenance skills and the ability to undertake a range of repairs and site duties.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.
