We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our school as the Acting Head of Geography, covering a maternity leave. The chosen candidate will possess the ability to inspire our students, igniting their passion for the subject. In this role, they will lead the development of the Geography curriculum, oversee the department's day-to-day operations, and ensure the academic progress of our students.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of teaching across various key stages, demonstrating the capacity to enhance student achievement and contribute significantly to the Geography curriculum. Familiarity with the current Geography specifications at Key Stage 4 is essential. A deep-rooted passion for the subject and excellent subject knowledge are prerequisites for this role.
