Park View Veterinary Hospital is an accredited Small Animal Veterinary Hospital based in the beautiful university city of Lincoln – good transport connections to London, a vibrant nightlife, beautiful outdoors, being close to the coast and having excellent schools plus low cost of living makes Lincoln an ideal area if you are considering relocation and to maintain a good work life balance. Our team prides itself on practicing gold standard medicine and surgery. We have several certificate holders within the team and our Head Nurse also holds a Diploma. With regular team and M&M meetings we are able to maintain good communication, discuss cases and any changes required in processes in a blame‑free environment, with an active encouragement to constantly develop and improve our practice.

  • Dedicated dog, cat and exotic wards, two theatres and an on‑site laboratory
  • Digital X‑ray suite, buccal table and grid
  • Dedicated dental theatre, dental radiography
  • Mylab ultrasound with abdominal and cardiac probe
  • Laparoscopic equipment, endoscope and bronchoscope
  • A range of orthopaedic kit, electrocautery and cryotherapy
  • Air‑conditioning throughout; Vets Now are working on site, which guarantees timely finishes with excellent in‑patient care overnight without the worries of transferring patients.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you. This role entails consults, operating, dentistry, performing work‑ups and delivering in‑patient care.

Working Pattern

  • 4 days per week, average of 40 hours, however we are very flexible on this
  • No OOH - in house Vets Now cover
  • Saturday mornings are worked on a rota basis 1:4 and are 8:30am - 12 noon
  • No Sundays, no Bank holidays
  • Secure off‑street dedicated parking
