At least a years' experience of leading a team is essential, you will be a confident communicator and will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities when overseeing the care team. Shift Patterns: Days: 8am - 8pm, 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm Working pattern - Every Other Weekend Part Time / Full time contracts available Hourly Rate of Pay: £14.27 per hour Main function of the job: (Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required). To Lead the caring team, working with and supporting others as necessary. Maintain service users independence, autonomy and choice; promoting dignity, and confidentiality at all times, in order to enable them to lead a full and active life. To deliver a high standard of personal care, and support and instruct less experienced staff to deliver care to the same standard.
