Park Veterinary Centre in Leavesden is looking for a caring and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our consulting only clinic on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys nurse clinics, building strong client relationships, and working within a small, friendly team.
Role Details
- You will play a key part in supporting our consulting only service at Leavesden, assisting the vet with appointments, running nurse clinics, offering advice to clients and ensuring every owner and pet receives excellent care.
- You will also help coordinate any cases that need transferring to our fully equipped Watford hospital.
- This role offers approximately 22 to 25 hours per week.
- We will require at least one long day from 8:30am to 7pm, one or two Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 1pm every four weeks, plus additional weekday mornings.
- We are happy to discuss the remaining hours to create a pattern that works well for both you and the team.
- There is also the option to pick up extra hours to help cover annual leave.
Work Schedule

- One or two Saturday mornings every four weeks, 8:30am to 1pm

About the Practice
Park Veterinary Centre has been a trusted part of the Hertfordshire community for over 100 years. Our Leavesden branch is a consulting only clinic with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, while our larger Watford site provides full surgical and medical facilities including laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital and dental X‑ray and advanced monitoring equipment. We are proud to be an RCVS GP Training Practice and place a strong emphasis on teamwork, client care and professional development.
