Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, as Ticketing & Audience Insights Manager, you will be responsible for Park Theatre’s sales data analysis, pricing and ticketing stakeholder relationships and the operational delivery of the Box Office customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of managing Spektrix or similar ticketing system / CRM database and CMS
- Experience of data management, gathering and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into insights and learning
- Confident learning and implementing compliance-based procedures (financial, data protection)
- Comfortable building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Good planning and organisational skills – able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise time
- Experience managing a casual team of employees and delivering excellent customer service
- An understanding of equity, diversity and inclusivity and how they impact work in theatre
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics is desirable
