Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment which is well-suited to qualified doctors who want to pursue a career in clinical research.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out clinical evaluation and assessment of prospective trial participants to ensure eligible participants are recruited and supervised for safety and adherence with ICH GCP guidelines. Administering study medication onsite, including IV, SC and oral medications. Assessing treatment response and participant compliance with study medication. Cares for and protects the safety of participants through ethical conduct. This should receive the highest priority at all times during all aspects of the trial process. Actively support study team members working toward careful compliance and meeting rigorous standards at all times. Ensuring all medical records/study documentation is accurate Participate in recruitment initiatives and recruitment strategy development to ensure targets are achieved; ensuring recruiting studies enrol according to plan within timelines and targets (includes meeting healthcare professional and attending external events).REQUIREMENTS: Completed Medical degree. Valid registration as a medical practitioner, with a medical license in good standing and with unrestricted ability to practice in Germany. Live in a commutable distance of Leipzig or willing to relocate locally. Exposure in clinical research phases 0-4 would be highly desirable. Proficient German and English language skills. Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.This company will consider profiles of clinical research professionals or doctors who have a passion for research and are looking to work for a CRO.
