Day to day responsibilities
- Putting together sales and customer support documents
- Manage the full sales support cycle from quote, order processing through to customer queries
- Support the sales team with administration, IT and supporting client relationships
- Using SAP to maintain and develop customer records and quotes
- Using SAP and MS Excel to run reports
What you need to apply
- Sales support/sales administration experience
- Strong sales and deals support experience
- Multicurrency/exchange rate quotations
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Multitasking capability essential – you will liaise with different departments: legal, finance, commercial, quality
