Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.

  • Oversee total Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives.
  • Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
  • Strong Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company.
  • Great knowledge of HR policies and processes.
