Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nOversee total Compensation & Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives\\nProvide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market\\nAct as primary point of contact for any rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary\\nImplement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancementsRequirements\\n\\nStrong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company\\nGreat knowledge of HR policies and processes\\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships\\nExcellent communication skillsPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
