Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation is currently looking for a Global Distribution Manager to join their team near Bracknell.

Please note that due to the nature of the role, you'll need to travel regularly outside of the UK.

As a Global Distribution Manager, you will lead and grow their network of international distributors. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for someone with a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry, ideally with hands-on lab experience and a proven track record in business development or international sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the global distributor network, ensuring strong performance, stock levels and market growth
  • Identify, onboard and manage OEM partners to integrate products into diagnostic workflows
  • Deliver technical product training and commercial support to partners across multiple regions
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences, showcasing products and expanding global reach
