Park Square Clinic is a premium medical and aesthetics clinic known for clinical excellence, discretion, and outstanding patient care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident and professional New Client Acquisition Specialist to support our patient acquisition and consultation process. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, articulate, and comfortable engaging with prospective patients in a consultative, ethical manner.
The Role
- You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations. This is not hard selling; it is about building trust, educating patients, and guiding them into the clinic appropriately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
- Outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and previous enquiries
- Qualifying prospective patients sensitively and professionally
- Booking consultations with the appropriate clinician
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up workflows
- Working closely with clinicians and management to optimise conversion rates
- Upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in client acquisition, outbound calling, or appointment setting
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
- Confident, calm, and empathetic when speaking with clients
- Comfortable discussing medical/aesthetic services professionally
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or high-value services is an advantage (but not essential)
