What you’ll do:
- Offer a seamless check‑in experience and a warm farewell for departing guests
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and safety
- Advise clients on suitable treatments and products within the clinic
- Upsell by introducing clients to additional or advanced in‑house treatments
- Take ownership of each client’s treatment journey and progression
- Carry out thorough consultations for every treatment type
- Perform a range of skin treatments, including Microneedling, Skin Rejuvenation, and many others
- Maintain professionalism at all times in a fast‑paced clinic environment
