This is a key teaching and leadership position where your passion for English will truly shine. Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated English curriculum in line with the schoolās aims and policies.
- Provide strategic leadership for the English subject area, ensuring its effective development and continuous improvement.
- Raise student attainment by fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.
- Share best practice and support the professional development of colleagues to enhance teaching quality across the school.
- Monitor and support studentsā academic progress and personal development within the subject area.
- Actively contribute as a key member of the curriculum team, ensuring high standards and collaborative practice.
