CSA Construction Manager Blyth, Northumberland Park Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a leading European construction specialist to recruit an experienced CSA Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Blyth .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering some of Europe's most high-profile mission-critical projects.
You'll play a key role in overseeing all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The Role Reporting into the senior project team, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of all CSA packages, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme milestones and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities Manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural works throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate daily site activities with the wider project delivery team.
Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and maintained.
Manage subcontractor performance, progress, resources and coordination.
Liaise with design teams, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Attend site, planning, engineering and commercial meetings.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions.
About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years' experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction.
Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and site coordination.
Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
Previous experience on data centre, industrial or other mission-critical projects would be highly advantageous.
