This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading mission-critical contractors, working on a large-scale data centre development.
You'll play a key role in supervising electrical works on site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical activities, managing site resources and supporting the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to completion.
Supervise all electrical works on site and coordinate activities with other trades and subcontractors.
Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead programmes in line with the overall project schedule.
Attend daily site briefings and weekly project meetings.
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality assurance and site safety.
Ensure materials and plant arriving on site meet project specifications and are stored correctly.
Verify that subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and compliant.
Identify programme delays, technical issues and project variations, reporting them to the project management team.
Relevant Electrical trade qualification.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within an M&E or electrical contracting environment.
Strong understanding of electrical installation and construction site practices.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and workstreams.
Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience on data centre, industrial or other mission-critical projects would be highly advantageous.
