Park Recruit are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a locally owned, specialist subcontractor in the construction industry, whose projects span throughout UK, Ireland & Europe. Due to continued growth and project demands, they are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to lead their European site-based operations. This is a key leadership role at the frontline of their projects, responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, safety compliance, and successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Duties:
- Take full responsibility for site operations, from initial setup to final handover.
- Coordinate materials, plant, logistics, and accommodation before work begins.
- Lead and motivate a crew, ensuring quality and productivity across all tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day site activity including final trims, slab finishes, and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house teams to keep projects on track.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
- Report progress and costs, manage documentation, and upload daily updates via our internal platform.
- Train and support new recruits, manage shift patterns, and delegate tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and team-first mindset.
- Proven site supervision experience in construction or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices on-site.
- Competent in managing resources, timelines, and quality standards.
- Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and documentation.
This role will require European travel - 3 weeks on, weekend off (flights available to anywhere in Europe on weekend off). Applicants must have Irish or European passport. Excellent salary package available for successful candidate.
