Location: Site-Based Across Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Park Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor to recruit an experiencedSHEQ Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business delivering major infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including civil engineering, rail and renewable energy developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting the continued development of SHEQ systems across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures and regulations are reviewed, updated and effectively communicated. Conduct site audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring compliance is maintained at all times. Review and monitor Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Deliver site inductions for employees, contractors and visitors. Coordinate and support SHEQ-related training initiatives. Support the development and implementation of management systems compliant with: Essential Criteria NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification (held for a minimum of 2 years). At least 2 years' experience in a similar Senior SHEQ Advisor position. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and management systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Full UK/ROI driving licence. Desirable Experience within Rail, Civils or Wind Farm projects. Environmental and Quality qualifications. Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 2:30pm Travel Requirements - Candidates must be willing to travel and work away from home on a project-by-project basis across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
