They are seeking a proactive and organised Service & Maintenance Coordinator to manage service requests, schedule field technicians, and ensure the efficient delivery of electrical services.
This role involves coordinating resources, liaising with subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining accurate records to uphold customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Log and manage service requests, schedule appointments, and allocate jobs efficiently.
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and the Operations Team to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site surveys, quality inspections, and occasional electrical repairs or testing.
Maintain compliance with QMS, EMS, and EHMS systems.
Prepare reports, process invoices, and assist in resolving billing queries.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to support business development.
Qualifications: Experience in a similar role or knowledge of electrical systems is essential.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and database management.
On Offer: Competitive salary (£35,000 £40,000 depending on experience).
