As Senior R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and managing projects from concept through to installation.
Duties:- Lead the design and development of new products
- Manage projects across the full lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide expert input and support
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines are met
- Review and approve designs, resolving technical challenges
- Support and mentor junior engineers within the design team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or significant design experience (3-5 years +) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in product development and CAD design
- Experience managing engineering projects
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with screening equipment highly desirable
- Experience with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer would be advantageous
- Flexible working hours to suit - 4 day week
