Park Recruit is working with a leading electrical contractor to recruit a Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator looking to build a career in the construction or engineering sector. Full training will be provided.
The Role
You will support the management of project documentation across live projects, ensuring teams have accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Working with both pre-construction and delivery teams, you'll play a key role across tender, design, and project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document control systems
- Track and distribute drawings, RFIs, and project documents
- Ensure teams use the latest approved revisions
- Coordinate documentation between office, site teams, and suppliers
- Maintain registers, trackers, and filing systems
- Support tender submissions and supply chain enquiries
- Assist with technical submittals and compliance documentation
