Project Manager/Project Lead in Blyth, Northumberland

Park Recruit are working with a leading data centre delivery partner to recruit an experienced Structural Project Manager for a major project in Blyth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale data centre projects, with strong opportunities for career development and progression. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all structural activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project costs, budgets, labour, schedules and overall performance. Establish effective structural processes, reporting and project documentation. Work closely with clients, design teams, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost and programme . Drive strong health & safety, quality and compliance standards. Lead, manage and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and performance. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues. Key Requirements Degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline . Proven experience in a similar Structural Lead / PM position. Previous experience delivering CSA elements within a contracting environment is essential. Strong leadership, communication, organisational and time-management skills. Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel . Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
