This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, technically strong team delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of projects. Based in Belfast, this role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in building services who is looking to progress their career and gain greater exposure to project delivery and client interaction.
The Role
- Deliver mechanical building services designs (HVAC, heating, ventilation)
- Produce and coordinate designs using Revit
- Support projects from concept through to completion
- Attend site visits and assist with client communication
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience gained in building services design environment
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable
- 5-7 years experience in a similar role
- Working towards chartership
- Experience in project leading and client-facing duties
- Familiarity with IES VE software
