Our client, a growing construction contractor in the data centre space, is seeking an HR Advisor to support their expanding operations. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape HR processes while ensuring compliance across a multi-jurisdictional workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Lead recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR
  • Support managers with employee relations matters
  • Assist with workforce planning and labour forecasting
  • Work closely with payroll and support audits/reporting
  • Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement
  • Support international workforce compliance

About You

  • 2+ years HR experience
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience with HR systems and Excel
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Desirable: Experience in construction or working with an international workforce
