Our client, a growing construction contractor in the data centre space, is seeking an HR Advisor to support their expanding operations. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape HR processes while ensuring compliance across a multi-jurisdictional workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Lead recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR
- Support managers with employee relations matters
- Assist with workforce planning and labour forecasting
- Work closely with payroll and support audits/reporting
- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement
- Support international workforce compliance
About You
- 2+ years HR experience
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience with HR systems and Excel
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Desirable: Experience in construction or working with an international workforce
