Salary: Highly competitive and will be reflective of experience.

Location: Office based (Armagh city) Monday - Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-3pm.

Park Recruit are working with a specialist subcontractor in the construction sector, and due to increased business requirements, they are seeking a highly organised Group European Compliance Officer to manage workforce and subcontractor compliance across European projects. The role will ensure employees and subcontractors have the correct registrations, documentation and approvals in place before mobilisation, while maintaining accurate compliance records across multiple countries. This opportunity may also suit an experienced Document Controller from a major construction, engineering, data centre or infrastructure environment who is looking to move into a broader compliance-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Posted Worker registrations and supporting documentation across European projects.
  • Coordinate A1 applications, social security requirements and workforce documentation.
  • Ensure employees and subcontractors are fully compliant before mobilisation.
  • Maintain compliance trackers covering locations, deployment periods, registrations, permits and renewals.
  • Manage subcontractor documentation including insurance, tax/VAT information and workforce records.
  • Coordinate visas, employment permits and right-to-work documentation.
  • Monitor country-specific employment requirements including pay, allowances, working time and employment conditions.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations and external advisers.
  • Support labour authority enquiries, inspections and compliance audits.
  • Coordinate international payroll requirements and, where required, review UK and Irish payroll information.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within European workforce compliance, global mobility, international payroll, Posted Workers or cross-border construction compliance would be beneficial.
  • Alternatively, we would welcome applications from experienced Document Controllers who have worked on major projects, particularly those experienced in:
  • Managing high volumes of documentation and compliance records.
  • Maintaining trackers, registers and document management systems.
  • Coordinating subcontractor and workforce documentation.
  • Supporting audits and compliance checks.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
