Park Recruit are working with a successful specialist construction subcontractor based in Armagh who, due to increased business requirements, are looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload. The company is open to candidates seeking either a 30-hour working week or full-time 40 hours, offering flexibility depending on the successful candidate. Key Duties Provide general administrative support across the business. Manage calls, emails, correspondence and company documentation. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and spreadsheets. Assist with purchase orders, invoices and basic accounts administration. Support project and site teams with documentation as required. Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Assist management with general day-to-day office requirements. Requirements Previous experience in a busy administration or office support role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. Professional and confident communication skills. Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently. Construction or engineering experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
