That is why your contribution as our Waiter / Waitress is so important.
As our Waiter / Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.04 (minimum contracted rate) to around £14.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our Waiter / Waitress, who:
- Will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
- Will be fully flexible to work in shifts between 2 pm and 2 am on a Rota basis (Night shift to cover sickness or holiday only)
- Ensures our restaurant (Room Service, Meetings and Events, whenever required) runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
