Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all perfectly tailored to each individual client’s needs.
- Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns and any contraindications, helping them feel welcome, listened to and perfectly cared for.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
- Ensure your professional environment is always clean, well organised and beautifully presented, including our treatment rooms and equipment.
- Assist with retail sale of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients.
- Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualified - Beauty Therapy (preferred)
- Flexible and available where needed (particularly at the weekends)
- Knowledgeable about other spa facilities and ready to recommend them.
- Consistently up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies.
- A pro at upholding our high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare, ready to educate your clients and enhance their spa experience.
- Having top notch people skills and easily able to connect with others.
