Park Plaza London Waterloo is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night reception team and deliver service beyond guest expectations. You will perform Head of Department duties for Night and Front Office operations, and take decisive actions to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
You’ll be hands-on, motivate and train the Front of House team, be proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera, and work a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift from 8am to 8pm.
