  • We are looking for a Senior Assistant Engineer who will
  • Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
  • Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
  • Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
  • Complete PPM rooms thoroughly, including decoration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, silicone replacement, bathroom repairs, lighting, ventilation, furniture repairs and final quality inspections.
  • Supervise contractors and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude

  • Has previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting
  • PPM Knowledge
