Night Receptionist At Park Plaza, we believe in providing a hotel experience that is tailored to the individual and their needs. As our Night Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last person our guests see and provide a high level of guest service as a Night Receptionist.
• Receive guests, check in/out guests, handle requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector
• Be available to work on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts)
