Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation during the shift and take responsibility for team briefings
• Check public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
• Supervise, mentor and develop the public area cleaners assigned to your section
• Empower the team to contribute to the guest experience
• Listen to the needs of guests and team members and adapt to meet them
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
