Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Convert: Work closely with the Senior GM&E Sales Manager and Director of GM&E Sales to independently respond to and convert enquiries into proposals swiftly and efficiently.
- Manage and Allocate: Oversee multiple inboxes and portals, allocating enquiries within the team to achieve M&E, Groups, and M&E rooms budgets for our hotels.
- Client Engagement: Confirm events, handle client requests, and ensure post-event follow-up to secure repeat business.
- Timely Responses: Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly, effectively managing the diary for all event enquiries.
- Engage: Engage with various online enquiry portals, understanding demand cycles and competitor activity. Maximize cross-selling opportunities with other properties.
- Team Contribution: Actively contribute to both immediate and wider hotel and regional teams, using appropriate communication for each situation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Personalised Proposals: Create tailored proposals and respond efficiently to client and leadership feedback.
