We’re looking for a dynamic Events Manager to lead all event sales, planning, and delivery at Holmes Hotel London. With authenticity at the heart of everything we do, you’ll have the freedom to bring your personality, passion, and ideas to a role that blends commercial drive with memorable guest experiences. As the on‑property Events Manager, you’ll shape event revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of meetings, social events, and creative activations. You’ll work closely with the wider Lifestyle cluster team and report directly into the Head of Events for Lifestyle Hotels UK, contributing to a best‑in‑class events experience across our lifestyle portfolio.

As Meetings and Events Sales and Planning Manager you will:
- Lead the end‑to‑end event sales and planning process for all meetings, social events, and creative spaces within the hotel.
- Proactively manage enquiries through B2B channels, inbound calls, emails, and networking activity, driving conversion and repeat business.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure exceptional event execution.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Operations to optimise space utilisation, pricing, and guest experience.
- Oversee event contracts, deposits, payment schedules, and accurate system processes.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity to support strong commercial positioning.
