Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
- Ability to manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills

- Previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
