- Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
- Be a hands-on Leader who ensures guests' needs are satisfactorily met
- Play a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
- Have previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel
