At Park Plaza Riverbank, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of London’s most vibrant riverside locations. With stylish rooms, busy event spaces and a fast‑paced operation, we are looking for a strong Back of House Manager to lead our BOH operations and support the wider hotel team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive high standards across cleanliness, compliance and team performance, while playing a key part in the hotel’s operational success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading all Back of House operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation and efficiency
  • Managing key areas including cleaning, chemicals, equipment, waste, deliveries and stores
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Acting as a hands‑on leader, supporting both BOH and some FOH operations where required
  • Leading, developing and motivating your team through training, rotas, recruitment and performance management
  • Supporting audits and implementing improvements to drive service quality and operational efficiency
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest and colleague experience
  • Playing an active role as part of the HOD team and duty management rota

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience in a high‑volume hotel environment
  • A hands‑on, proactive approach with great attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of health & safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
