Responsibilities & Expectations
- Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
- Hands‑on leadership, ensuring guests’ needs are satisfactorily met
- Lead by example, motivating, training and inspiring the front office team
- Ensure smooth front desk operation and high service standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
