As our Front of House Manager, you will lead the heart of the hotel, setting the standard for service excellence, people leadership and operational performance, ensuring every guest experience feels personal, confident and memorable. This is a highly visible, guest‑facing role where you will act as a brand ambassador, working collaboratively with hotel leaders to ensure our guests receive a consistently outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Front of House operations, ensuring the intended guest experience is delivered consistently.
- Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests, handling feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care.
- Lead, coach and develop your management and front office teams, creating a high‑performance and engaged culture.
- Ensure staffing, resources and rotas are optimised to meet business demand.
- Drive service excellence, brand standards and compliance across the department.
- Manage departmental productivity, payroll and cost controls in line with targets.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience, revenue and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the hotel including Operations, Guest Experience, Finance, HR and Commercial teams.
