Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, with very busy Food and Beverage operations. The Food and Beverage Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire F&B operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and assisting the Director of Food and Beverage.
As our Food and Beverage Services Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Food & Beverage Services Manager, who:
- Is responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire F&B operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Leads, coaches and motivates outlet Managers to drive results
- Evaluates guest feedback internally and externally to further enhance the service provided
- Guides operations and establishes an effective work environment to achieve goals and objectives.
- Manages performance issues that arise within the respective operating departments.
- Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix, and the competitive set to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes, as necessary.
- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
- Anticipates and addresses guest issues and establishes proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.
- Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a guest experience.
- Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Manages F&B contractors and their costs in line with the budget
- Being visible during F&B outlets' operating hours and remaining engaged towards guests
- Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
